Additional guidance regarding voting on proposed amendments:

Chief Finance Officer Comments:

(1) Conservative amendment 1 and the Joint Green Group and Labour Group amendment both allocate the £0.163m unallocated resources held in Contingency in 2022/23 as set out in the Supplementary report.

If the joint Green Group and Labour Group amendment is agreed and subsequently the   Conservative Amendment 1 is agreed, the joint Green Group and Labour Group amendment would fall as resources in the joint Green Group and Labour Group amendment will have been reallocated. 

(2) If Labour amendment 4 is agreed and Conservative amendment 1 is agreed, the saving relating to the chauffeur support to the mayor will be reversed and the service will have an increase to the budget of £0.011m.
